El grupo se enfoca en la generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica e\u00f3lica y solar (en baja y alta potencia), as\u00ed como en el almacenamiento de energ\u00eda. Cuenta con licencias acad\u00e9micas avanzadas (Homer Pro, ETAP), analizadores de redes y un emulador de turbina e\u00f3lica de baja potencia de desarrollo propio. Transfiere tecnolog\u00eda, asistencia t\u00e9cnica y capacitaci\u00f3n bajo convenio con instituciones y empresas clave del sector como <b>Y-TEC, AES (Parque E\u00f3lico Vientos Neuquinos), Litbar S.R.L. (almacenamiento en litio), INTI (Laboratorio de Energ\u00eda E\u00f3lica), INVAP Ingenier\u00eda S.A., AIRES Renewables<\/b> y el <b>Municipio de Cutral C\u00f3<\/b> [9]. Con sede en el <b>Laboratorio de Fluidos y Aseguramiento de Flujo,<\/b> cuenta con el equipamiento <b>Wax Eval\u00ae MS 150 (Flow Loop)<\/b> cedido en comodato por YTEC y respaldado por la <b>Fundaci\u00f3n YPF<\/b>.
